On one side, Manila Bay with its golden sunset; on the other, the Makati City skyline. Looking south, you can spot NAIA International Airport, while to the north, the roads and structures of Pasay City and Manila stretch into the distance.
I finally picked up my camera after years of neglect—an XT4 fitted with a Viltrox 56mm F1.7 lens. Most of the shots were likely taken at f/1.7 simply because I enjoy working with wide apertures.
What stood out in this session wasn’t the view or the gear but how much Adobe Lightroom has evolved. Processing raw images now feels almost effortless. With just a button press, Lightroom recovers highlights, shadows, details, and removes noise in ways I couldn’t imagine years ago.
