The facade is a glass exterior with the interior staircase painted vivid lime green, creating a glowing visual effect through the transparent facade. As shoppers ascend the staircase, they become part of a “3D catwalk” visible from the street. "blurring the line between fashion display and public performance." The structure features exposed H-beam steel, visible staircases, and opennings that are all unified by the green color palette.

At night, the building glows like a neon sculpture, amplifying its presence in Shibuya’s hyper-visual streetscape.

The building is located in Shibuya Center- Gai Street where you find the famous scramble crossing and a statue of Hachiko, an Akita dog who waited daily at Shibuya Station for his owner, Professor Ueno even after the professor passed away in 1925.
