Aperitif PH is the Philippine lifestyle café and catering brand that pioneered graze boxes and graze tables locally. It blends European aperitif culture (light bites paired with drinks before a meal) with Filipino dining habits, and has expanded into maybe six café locations across Metro Manila. The grazing platter or grazing table—large spreads of cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, and breads—became popular at parties and weddings.
The company Graze in the UK pioneered the idea of individual snack boxes delivered by mail. Their first “graze box” was shipped in 2008, offering healthy, portioned snacks like nuts, dried fruits, and crackers.
Aperitif PH introduced graze boxes locally, adapting the Australian grazing platter style into portable, curated boxes. They blended European aperitif culture with Filipino dining habits, making graze boxes a lifestyle product for gifting, parties, and mall cafés.
That said, I'm only initially highlighting their Italian Gelato in this post. Gelato is different from traditional ice cream in fat content, density, texture, and flavor. Gelato has lower fat but more milk, so the fat content is about 50% less than ice cream. It’s denser because it’s churned slower and has less air, resulting in a silkier texture. Served slightly warmer, it is softer and melts quickly. The result is that you get a more intense flavor profile.
I was there on two separate occasions for their Gelato. The first was Pecan and the last one was Yogurt with Blueberries. Somehow, when I see these photos, it’s as if I’m savoring every spoon all over again!

The explosion salad and this one is (Ceasar's I think) are recommended.

Their flavors change over time. This one was yogurt with blueberries.
